RATES SCREEN

On this screen rates are stored, along with appropriate discount amounts:

  • Up to six different rates and time discounts at six different time ranges per day, which can be different for each day of the week

  • Different discount percentage for each time range

  • Many default fields to save re-typing time ranges etc.

OPTIONS & GLOBAL DISCOUNT SETUP SCREEN

Various options can be set up on this screen:

  • Printing of food/drink details when table is switched off

  • Initial minimum charge can be set up

  • Second currency can be used and is displayed on reports along with main currency

  • Display each tables elapsed time instead of start time

  • Easily change position and size of tables on screen just by dragging

  • Discount category so that each type of member can have a different discount e.g. student, pensioner

  • Set transaction printing option

ADVERTISING SETUP SCREEN

The advertising banner is set up on this screen:

  • Advertising can be set up differently for each day of the week, with a different message for each day

MEMBERSHIP CARD LAYOUT SCREEN - FRONT

This screen is used to specify what will be printed on the front of a membership card:

  • Enter text and drag it to the exact position required

  • Specify fields from the members screen by using the drop down list

  • Set the colour and style of text

  • Set a main background image for the card and also a small picture if required (its size can also be set)

MEMBERSHIP CARD LAYOUT SCREEN - BACK

This screen is used to specify what will be printed on the back of a membership card:

  • If a barcode system is being used the barcode can be printed automatically, this code can be set by the user

DEFAULT SETTINGS/DATABASE MAINTENANCE SCREEN


Various default settings and maintenance tasks can be performed on this screen:

  • Set the default report date/time range and membership commence date to save time

  • Delete member records by various criteria

  • Reset accumulated playing time for all members with a specific discount category

STOCK CONTROL SCREEN

Food and drink can be added to this list for keeping track of stock.

DOOR ENTRY SCREEN

If a door entry/barcode reader system is being used various options can be set here:

  • Set the serial port each reader is connected to

  • Set the times you want the door to open for each category for every day of the week

  • Barcode readers can be fitted to your doors so that as well as your existing door entry switch, a member can swipe their membership card to gain entry without staff intervention. The membership would be automatically checked for validity and if the member is flagged as banned then the door would not be opened.
